Oh God most glorious, how much I praise your holy Name, you are a great and awesome God! The Lord has shown me great things today. I thought I knew. I figured I understand. But I was blind. My intellectual agreement with facts is nothing compared to knowing the truth in my heart, to seeing the Glory with my spiritual eyes. "Where the Spririt of the Lord is there is freedom". Freedom I had never even imagined! "I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly". Life, the life of Jesus, yes! "My yoke is easy" It really is, because it is no longer me labouring and grinding my teeth trying to accomplish God's will for my life. No, Christ is working in me and through me, it is He who accomplishes, I just trust ans obey . What is required of us? Does it seem hard? Does it seem complicated? It isn't. All that is required of you is total surrender. You can not be truly born again unless you die. Die. When you die you don't get to take anything with you, not even your body. And so it is when we die in Christ. Eternal life is in us now, if Christ lives His life in us. He can only life His life in us if we lay everything at his feet. No compromise. Again, it is not hard, you do not have to fight the battles, you just have to let Him do it. Keep your eyes on him. How hard it is to see this clearly unless you have crossed the threshold between life and death. But oh the Glory on this side of the line! "He who looses his life for my sake will find it". Yes, yes, it is true!!!
