I'm originally from Switzerland where I met this crazy husband of mine and we immigrated to Canada in 1992. We have two lovely daughters, 17 and 19, and that means one more year before they're both off to the big world and hubby and I start a new era in life. Perfect timing of the Lord as always, as it goes together great with his call to full time service. I'm so exited about the things that are happening in our Christian lives that other stuff that once might have been deemed important just fades into the background. So, just this once for the record, I'm a journeyman sign painter with my own little business, and I'm also the Social Housing manager for our village. I talk less than I type, but when the discussion turns to spiritual matters....oooh, different story! I've wondered why I ended up with this Housing job, but you have no idea how much I'm learning about dealing with people, yes, even difficult people. I love them all and pray in every empty appartment after someone moves out, either with Eugene or our pastor. Since we do that, there are less problems with tenants. I have not felt so exited about my walk with God in a long time, but the more I surrender to Him the more wonderful it gets. One day when I have time, I'll post a longer testimony. Ciao.
